Any Focus
Think of an activity you already like to do and consider making it a group! Groups don’t only have to be bible studies. Focusing on shared interests or hobbies or a service project can be a great way to develop relationships with others.
Grow Spiritually
Leading a group is one of the best ways to grow spiritually, as it positions you in new situations and forces you to think about how to best serve the members of your group.
Flexible
Starting a group doesn’t mean you’ll be forced to lead it forever. Semester-style groups can be 6, 8, or 10 weeks long. Groups for a season can keep your schedule more flexible and also help develop relationships for a period of time.
